Amazing vintage Vitamix cookbook from 1980. Contains a wide variety of recipes-- juices, soups, sauces, purees, meats, grains... If you don't have this particular style of Vitamix, I think a lot of the recipes could be adapted to other food processor systems. 🙂 Great, pre-loved condition.
