Plate block of 16 vintage 1979 USPS 15-cent commemorative stamps. Mint/Never hinged. Full original gummed back.  This stamp commemorates the life of Robert Francis Kennedy (RFK), a prominent political figure. Kennedy served as a U.S. Senator and U.S. Attorney General. The stamp was designed by Bradbury Thompson based a photograph taken by Stanley Tretick of Look Magazine. ROBERT F.
