Vintage 1977 Beatrix Potter Music Box Mrs. Twiggy-Winkle

Adorable vintage Beatrix Potter, Mrs. Twiggy-Winkle porcelain music box by Schmid. Featuring Mrs. Twiggy-Winkle the Hedgehog, a character created by the famous English author Beatrix Potter doing her laundry. It plays the song "Oh What a Beautiful Morning" while spinning perfectly on its base. It is hand painted in soft shades of yellow, cream, pink, red, brown and grey all showing no sign of wear or fading. The porcelain is also in flawless condition without any chips or cracks. Original Schmid sticker is still present on bottom and a tag around her neck . Approximately 6" tall by 4” wide. No original box will package with care.
