Vintage 1976 Bicentennial USA Ruffle Maxi Skirt 💞

Amazing vintage high waist long maxi skirt from 1976 celebrating the bicentennial or 200th Birthday of the United States of America! Appears to be homemade out of a quilting like fabric which is blue with stars and red “76” and a ruffle on the bottom of the same fabric in red. Someone has to wear this on 4th of July, it’s the perfect retro patriotic skirt. Would also be great for a Philadelphia 76ers fan! No tags but measures like a M/L. In great used condition!
