Vintage 1975 Steven Wonder Wheel Kaleidoscope Toy WORKS!

The top is a bit loose but that doesn't affect the performance. There is some rust/discoloration on the bottom part (where you look through). Some light wear throughout. Wheel spins smoothly. I just noticed that one of wheel segments has office supplies in it (rubber band, paper clip)!! Apparently, upon further online research, this is normal! I thought maybe someone was playing a trick on me but I guess not!
