Vintage 1974 Sekiguchi Monchhichi 4 dolls with extra outfits chairs bedding lot

Vintage lot of Sekiguchi Monchhichi dolls from 1974. Lot includes: -pamphlet printed in 1980 that shows dolls and their optional wardrobes -Boy 8” doll with bib and two outifs: Play ball clothes but missing the cap and football fan outfit -girl 8” doll with 2 clothes: partytime clothes has visible stains in the front and back but compleete with dress and hat; Good night clothes complete with hat, robe and shoes -Girl 5” doll with sleepytime clothes and schooldays outfit complete with socks -Boy 5” doll with red hat and nighty-night outfit but with a couple of stains in the front and 1 on the back -two 6.5” tall red rocking chairs -sleeping set with pillow, mat and blanket Almost all are in great condition except for the stains on the clothes and scuffs on the rocking chairs which i tried to document.
