It is sealed but the plastic is old and brittle and separatingat the top, I may tape it to secure when shipping. It contains design printed on quality homespun fabric; 100% wool yarn; needle; and complete illustrated instructions and stitch chart. The kit is clean and from a nonsmoking home.
