Vintage 1970s/80s Red Smocked Short Sleeve Dress, Rick Rack Trim, Girls Size 5

Adorable late 70s or early 80s red short puff sleeve smocked dress with white rick rack trim. The smocking design is white daisies. It buttons up the back and has an attached tie belt. Brand - Unknown, no labels Size - It's not labeled but it fit the model like a modern size 5. Make sure to check all measurements though to insure fit Shoulders - 10.75" across Chest - 12" pit to pit Sleeves - 6.5" from shoulder seam Waist - 11.5" across Length - 23.75" (8.75" bodice, 15" skirt) Condition - There is a faint mark on the bottom of the skirt that looks like a pen mark.
