Vintage 1970s/1980s Red & White Dress w Piping @ Shoulders & Sleeves

This absolutely adorable vintage dress was made in the late 1970s or early 1980s. All of its interior tags have been removed, so I don't know who made it, the fabric contents, or the size. The fabric feels like typical, slightly-stretchy 1970s polyester. The dress slips on overhead and features a red geometric print that looks like half moons, hamburger buns, or maybe little hats(?) against a white background. There is also really cute red piping in a line on the top front of the dress and around the ends of the sleeves. There is light built-in elastic and pleating at the waist. The dress is in good vintage condition. There are a couple of places that have spots as shown on the last two photos. They are hard to see since they are kind of light and the print is busy. I estimate that the dress is a size Medium, because it fits me and that's the size I typically wear. Please review the below measurements carefully to ensure it's a good fit for you. They were taken on the front with it laid flat.
