Vintage 1970s yellow dotted Swiss ruffle neck maxi dress. Size XS/S

This vintage 1970s gown is a perfect spring/summer formal option. No flaws whatsoever, just put it on and go! No brand, but there is a care label - see picture. Vintage size 10. Will fit a modern size 2/4. Measurements lying flat: Pit to pit: 17” Empire waist (just under bust seam): 13.5” Natural waist: 14” Hips: 17” Overall length from top of shoulder to hem: 56” I’m 5’6” and can wear this with flats. There is about a 1” allowance at the hem if you need it longer.
