Vintage 1970’s women’s mid length sleeve shirt size medium

This is part of my vintage collection. No stains, only a couple of small scrape holes on the shirt. See photo. Original buttons. Triple button collar. The tag says Permanent Press, that is all I know about this blouse. It’s very unique!
