Vintage 1970s tennis dress sports outfit

Vintage 70s drop waist (1970s does the 1920s) tennis dress with a faux skirt. Looks like a skirt but really shorts! Woven polyester in navy blue and white. No stains that I saw but there is a small seam pulled (see pic) that could be easily mended. Zips up the back with a nylon zipper. Approximate modern size 10. Measures 32" long 36" bust 32" waist 36" hips
