Great for Halloween or any occasion! Bought in Portland, OR at a vintage shop. Willi of California vintage dress,1970,Button front, fit and flare, Shirt waist, long sleeve. All over paisley print, elastic waist, buttons from neck to waist. Long sleeve that buttons at each wrist. Gorgeous fit, flattering on anyone. The size has come off the tag, I think it says 10, but that's also in vintage sizes. I would say it could fit a medium to xl because of the stretch.
