Vintage 1970s pleated plaid wool wrap skirt 10

Vintage handmade custom wool red and gray plaid wrap skirt in approx size 10. The front wrap edge is raw with fringe (shown). Two large hook closures (shown). Approx 15" across at waistband and hooks can be moved to adjust to another size. Approx 26" top of waistband to hem bottom. No obvious flaw or damage.
