Vintage 1970s baby girl sailor outfit

Vintage 1970s sailor/nautical baby girl outfit in very good condition. No size tag, but it's about a modern 0-3 months. Please see photos for measurements. No rips, holes, or stains. Slight fading to the collar and booties. The collar points don't lay flat on their own.
