Vintage 1970's periwinkle and mulberry scarf hem dress by JC Penney. This dress is so whimsical and sweet!! I am in love with the skirt! This skirt is double layered with a tank top layered with wide neck blouson bodice at the top and scarf hem in mulberry with periwinkle petals layered over the top. Short sleeves with mulberry trim. Split opening in the back top layer with hook & loop closure. Zips up the second layer. Tags: JC Penney Fashions Condition: this dress is deadstock with original sales tag still stapled to one sleeve. great vintage condition with no major flaws noted, shows typical signs of wear which can include snags, pilling or color variations. Snags noted. Holes in the other sleeve where an additional tag had once been stapled. Review detail photos carefully.
