Vintage 1970's Shoulder Tie Black Floral Print Cotton Sundress EUC

This adorable 1970's cotton black floral sundress is in excellent vintage condition. It was well loved and laundered, but otherwise has no holes. stains, or pulls. The dress features an elastic top band with an overlap piece that falls to the elastic waist. Cute bow on center front. Wear it with the shoulder ties, or tuck them in for a strapless look. Due to it's vintage nature, the manufacturer and size tag have faded away. Only the faint union label is visible. I'm calling this a size small considering the measurements (elastic gives some flexibility). Let the measurement photos be your guide. Mannequin measurements are: Bust 35" / Waist 26" / Hips 36" The background color is black. It's a pink/purple undertone black.
