Vintage 1970s Rustan's Filipiniana sheer emboroidered and intricately beaded blouse tagged women's size 10. Made in the Philippines. It has snap closure. The embroidery thread is a bit dingy and there's a light untreated spot on the front. I also found one tiny rip on the side near the hem. Measures 23.5" shoulder to hem, 40" bust (measured flat and doubled)
