Vintage 1970s Pink hostess dress

This pretty pink 1970s maxi hostess dress is both comfortable to wear, moves beautifully and is figure flattering. The top is a pink shiny poly knit that has stretch. A-line skirt is lined with a light pink liner and a light pink/dark pink and blue floral print sheer chiffon overlay. Wide belt loops still present, but not the original belt. Covered back zipper. Excellent vintage condition. The size tag reads a 10 but it measures out to a modern size 6 or Small. Bust: 37 (has stretch?)
