Mike Benet Formals was a formal designer in the Dallas Market for 40 years. Gowns of this style were popular from the 1960's and 1970's collections. This is a very flattering dress on any body type.
An exquisite evening gown meticulously crafted by Mike Benet Formals, this dress embodies elegance and charm. Its halter neckline and beaded bodice radiate sophistication, while the flowing green chiffon fabric creates an ethereal, floor-length silhouette. A timeless choice for formal gatherings, this piece is designed to make an unforgettable impression.
There are a couple of spots, as shown in the photo above, and apparently the back was walked on a little, and it damaged the dining. I brought it to my cleaner, and she said it would be easier to sell it at a lesser price, ($99 vs $173) and allow someone the opportunity to get it out themselves and snip the strings on bottom, than to have to add her fee to my cost. So, that is what I am doing there. should be an easy fix, according to her, by spot cleaning and trimming, or you can take it to your local cleaners to have it done.
I believe the straps can also be hooked to go across the shoulders and connect to the back.
