Vintage 1970's Maxi Floral Cotton Dress Bell Sleeves

This is a gorgeous 1970's maxi dress in lightweight cotton. Super breathable, I would say semi-sheer, as it is unlined. Most likely handmade, although the maker did include a care tag. The bell sleeves are very dramatic! Ruffles on the ends of the sleeves. The ties on either side allow you to cinch the waist. Measurements are taken flat: 17.5" Pit to pit. 15" waist 22" Hip 56" Length Best fit is for a size Small (2/4) Please ask any questions before buying!
