Vintage 1970s Matti of Lynne Long Sleeve Blue and White Dotted Tie Waist Dress

This dress is amazing! Housewife meets hippie, straight out of the 70s! Three quarter length sleeve, white seam accent, peep hole on chest, and tie waist with an adorable white dotted pattern on this blue dress by Matti of Lynne! There are pockets too :) This would make a cute spring dress, but also reminds me of snow! With tights this could be a cute winter party dress! In great used condition, normal signs of wear aside from one loop for the tie on the waist, which has been pulled. Vintage size 12, so may be smaller by todays standards. Happy to take measurements upon request.
