Solid black bodice, black and white printed skirt with red accents and covered with clear plastic discs with brad details (closeup in photos). Bias hemline. Back zipper closure. No material tag. Top feels like a poly knit and skirt feels like a woven poly blend. No brand or size tag but does have a union label. Please refer to measurements for accurate fit.
