Vintage 1970s, Italian Hand-Knitted Top

I have a small collection of Italian knits designed by an Italian stylist in the 1970's. Original designs, luxury yarns, and each piece one of a kind. I will be posting more closer to autumn. If interested in seeing more, I'd be happy to share sooner. The woman who knit this piece (and others from my collection) was a professional knitter who had each piece professionally sized. The sizing process means the garments will not shrink, pill, or become mishapen. This top is a Medium -- would fit someone size 6 - 8
