Vintage 1970s Hong Kong Plastic Pull-Along Bobbin Trolley Nursery Toy #103 STEM

For your consideration is this vintage plastic pull-along toy made in Hong Kong most likely during the late 1960s to early 1970s. This fun little Bobbin Trolley features four removable "Bobbins" that turn. This action is caused by the grooves in the wheels / bobbins acting as gears when the toy is pulled across a flat surface. The juxtaposed primary colors made play vibrant and fun. The toy appears to have seen no play; however, the box has seen better days. I have used archival tape to stabilize the box. The toy measures 7.5 inches long x 3.25 inches wide x 3.5 inches tall. This toy was marketed towards nursery age children; however, this does not meet today's safety standards and toddler use is not recommended. The plastic is pliable and not a quality made toy. I'm certain these wouldn't have lasted long play use as lack of online comparisons were not available making this piece quite rare. Snag this piece up quick before its gone.
