Vintage 1970s Candi Jones Maxi Dress - XS

Vintage homespun style maxi dress by Candi Jones California. • From the 1970s • Empire waist • Trumpet sleeves • Covered buttons • 21” zipper • Unfinished interior seams (see last photo) • No size tag, but approximate measurements: • Bust 32-33” • Waist 24-25” • Shoulder to hem 53” • hem could be let down for 3” more • Sleeves 21” from shoulder seam • Width at bottom lace is 64” • No fabric tag: • Sleeves and lined bodice appear to be unbleached muslin. • Skirt has a burlap look, but is softer - maybe linen canvas? or hemp plain weave? There is a variation in the weave of the fabric on the front of the left sleeve, but it does not appear to be a flaw (see photo). The only possible hint of a stain I can see is on the back of the left sleeve where there might be some slight discoloration (see photo with box around area). From the estate of a neighbor, this dress was worn by her daughter when she was in high school. The home was smoke-free, but they may have had pets through the years. Offers and bundles welcome!
