Are you puffing the sweep of the dress out with a petticoat or is that the true fullness of the dress ?

@reillyac This one has an additional skirt underneath but it’s not a petticoat. It only adds a little volume.
I believe I have a pic of someone wearing it without th underskirt and I’ll post that.

@reillyac I added some photos. I’m realizing now the colors came out differently in the darker light compared to the brighter. I would say the last photos are more accurate to color. The child wearing it is very young so it would be shorter on an adult.
