Vintage 1970s 1980s cottagecore Misty Lane red plaid dress peter pan collar

it does have shoulder pads, but if you do not like shoulder pads these are very easy to remove. 👍it's a vintage sz 7/8. pit to pit is 19", length from shoulder to hem is 51" and waist is 31". the buttons and Peter Pan collar are black corduroy. there are no flaws to note. the style reminds me of the '80s, but the union tag sort of makes me think it might be 70's or maybe the brink between the seventies and the '80s? ga2870nmju030723 t9
