Vintage 1970's 1980's Lady Carol Petites Pastel Secretary Dress Women's 16. Soft, floral pastels in this late 1970's to early 1980's womens shirt dress. Pleated chest and coordinating pleated sleeves, with a full collar neckline and dainty yellow buttons. Elasticated waist with a fully functioning matching belt. Belt grommets show some wear, and there is a small blue dot staining on the front, left shoulder as shown. Pretty baby pinks and soft muted lavender and greens make up the colors of the sweet, floral background. Midi length. Cotton blend, no fabric tag. Missing one side belt loop.
