Vintage 1960’s shortsleeved handmade dress in shades of green

1960’s(?) handmade vintage dress. Hidden back zipper, lined bodice, short sleeves and attached tie at waist, also has a kick pleat. Please see measurements in photos, there’s a 6 on the zipper, but I’m not sure if that’s the size. A couple of water stains on the inside, but not noticeable on the outside, in great condition for being vintage.
