Vintage (1960’s) like new knit A-line dress

Bought at an estate sale in Nob Hill in San Francisco. This one has no labels (hand knit?) but was bought from the same closet full of vintage 1960’s dresses of known designers. In amazing condition. Looks like it was knit yesterday (seriously). Looks so cute on, especially with tall boots or you can rock it out with heels or fancy flats. Warm and cozy. I think it is wool or wool blend. Not super itchy but I’d recommend wearing a slip underneath. Quarter zipper in back. Will fit XS or S or petite persons just fine since it does not have parts involving limbs 🙃. For reference, I am only 5’0” in these pictures. I list several sizes for search purposes, but there is only one unique dress for purchase. Choose any size to check out. Model stats: 34B bust, 29” waist, 38” hips/butt, 24” thigh circumference. Hope that helps. I can measure the actual dress but because it’s so stretchy, measurements would be somewhat relative.
