Vintage 1960’s blue velvet mini dress.

This is the most amazing dress! I bought it to wear for my birthday but sadly, it didn’t fit me. It’s a rich blue velvet with pinkish/purpleish bows on front and back. Some white lace lining the edge of the bell sleeves. The only real flaw I see is the snaps that hold the bow in the back have come unglued on one side but that would be an easy fix.
