hi! can it be adjusted to fit a slightly larger waist with the loops it has there?

@ariannaxlucia Hello. The skirt has a couple of hooks inside. The skirt could be adjusted slightly if you either did not fasten the hooks and tightened with the loops, or if you moved the interior hook a bit. There is about a 1/2 inch adjustment by doing that. Thanks.

@bluebird0922 Hello. The skirt is a vintage skirt. The waistline is a 26 inch waistline.. this corresponds to a much smaller modern skirt size. I recommend that you measure your waistline and see where the 26 inch circumference is on you. That will tell if the skirt will fit as a high waist skirt on you, and how it will fit. Please see the measurements. My best guess is that it is a high waist 4-6.
