Vintage 1960s Simplicity 7836 Sewing Pattern Size 12 Fit & Flare Dress COMPLETE Size 12 ( Modern Size XS ): B- 30" W- 25.5" H- 32" From 1968 Dress & Vest: The dress with skirt gathered at waistline has back zipper, high round neckline and set-in sleeves with elastic casing forming self ruffles. The dress may be worn with ribbon tie belt or lined vest with lowered round neckline and front button closing. Collarless V1&2 have long sleeves and embroidered eyelet edging trim. V1 has contrasting skirt. V3 has Peter-Pan collar and short sleeves.
