Vintage 1960s Maxi Dress with White Accordion Pleated Skirt and Black Bodice

Late 1960s vintage maxi / floor length dress with sweeping accordion pleated warm white polyester skirt (with stretch) and black textural bodice (no stretch). Sleeveless. Metal zipper on back with hook/eye. Mandarin-style/high neckline. The bodice fabric is a textural woven black semi-sheer textural fabric with ivory diamond shapes. Great vintage condition. There is a tiny hole near waistline on the left side - likely where the original tag was located. There is a small fabric pull on the front of skirt, as well as a small snag/pull on back of skirt. Teeny black stain on front of skirt near the hem - the size of the head of a pin. No tags - please see measurements below for best fit.
