Don Loper was an American costume and necktie designer, as well as a screenwriter, choreographer, associate producer, actor, and assistant to MGM musicals producer Arthur Freed. He is notable for creating the famous Beverly Hills Hotels Martinique Banana Leaf wallpaper.
