Vintage 1960s Designer Label Burnout Velvet Cocktail Dress

I used to own a vintage clothing shop back in the day, this piece was from my shop, it was such a stunning dress I could never part with it. Now I can just squeeze into it but it’s tight. It was made in West Germany for Lord and Taylor. Form fitting cocktail dress with metal zipper up the back and two hooks on collar. Zipper working fine. I am selling in AS IS condition. Please see all pictures. There are some flea bites in the fabric and some yellowing around arm and neck. The fabric is like a herringbone geometric burnout velvet. The velvet has sparkle to it.
