Vintage 1960s Blue Velvet Dress Ruffle Lace

It is an iconic navy blue velvet dress from the 1960s with beautiful lace trim. It is in perfect condition with no flaws. The tag says “Fashioned by Mary Bisinger” but there is no size, I would say it fits like a modern day medium. Measurements are taken lying flat and are in inches. waist: 16.75 hips: 18 length: 33 sleeves: 14 Reposhing this item I purchased from @kaylasvintage. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
