This red, elegant beauty dress is so 60s and so fantastic. Underneath the shear, voluminous chiffon overlay is a beautifully tailored crepe lining so the dress whimsically floats away from the body making you look effortlessly elegant at every angle. Comes with a flowy long scarf. Sold originally at Saks Fifth Avenue and still has the tag of the ILGWU (Int'l Ladies Garment Workers Union).
