Vintage 1960s 1970s bell bottom pants

I found a whole suitcase of my moms clothes from the 60s? and 70s? They were too awesome not to share! Please check measurements. The tags back then are nothing like we use now, so I have to post these by measurements. these are blue pants with a high waist and loose legs. notice there is one button missing and there are some loose threads.
