Vintage 1960s 10 karat 10k gold smoky citrine dimensional ring, size 7

This was given to my client in the 1960s. It is 10 karat gold with a smoky citrine. it weighs 2.46 grams, as shown in the scale photo. It has been tested using 10k, gold acid, and it tests positive. The stone has been tested on a Presidium gem tester. The setting is incredibly unique, and you won't find another like it! Mint condition.
