Vintage 1959-60 Knickerbocker Pouting Animals Original Vinyl Face - Bear This vintage bear is preowned and was loved. This sweet piece of history has fur from the back of its vinyl face and throughout. The vinyl face is in good condition. The paint is still visible and bright for its age. It has a black button nose, blue over the eyes, big rosy cheeks and its sad little mouth is still red. Its body, arms and legs are soft , but, after all this time, the head is slightly wobbly. The ears have a slightly dirty appearance. It was gently spot cleaned, but the stains remain. Its original tag is intact and not faded. It states this bear is washable. That was true in the late 50's & early 60's. The bear will not hold up in a washer today. There is a thread on one side of the bear and it does have a small hole in the back - see photos. The bear is 12" long. Its body is 7" wide and it's head from ear to ear is 7.5" wide.
