Vintage 1950's pinup skirt border print novelty print retro

SKIRT ONLY being sold. Original Vintage border print novelty pinup skirt. Looks to be habd made and like someone used purple stitching on waistband (see photos for imperfections). If you sew, you could rework this whole waistband and make it perfect. Otherwise skirt is great!! Measurements taken laying flat. please double.
