Vintage 1950s or 1960s Nurse Pinafore

This little peice of history is in excellent condition for its age! I believe these were worn around WW2. Could be great for a costume or for a collector! Buttons on each shoulder for adjustment, and 2 buttons on the waist for flexible sizing. Elastic on back waist in good condition Condition: No damage aside from some minor seam pulling below buttons on left waist.
