This great collar and cuffs set is a rare find. The collar is faux leopard on one side and black velvet on the other. The cuff s are faux leopard one one side and black velvet on the other at the elbow. The forearm area of the cuffs is stretchy nylon. Great with coats or with plain tops as shown. Black top not included. cuff length is 13.5".
