Vintage 1950s dress

Pure silk vintage patterned blue dress. Got this at a vintage shop but it’s a bit too small for me. It was in the 1950s section. I’m not sure what the “13” refers to in the label, but it fits like a 0 or small size 2. It’s absolutely gorgeous and I’m disappointed to part with it!
