Vintage 1950s black horsehide Fidelity motorcycle jacket, small

1950s Fidelity motorcycle jacket. Think Brando in The Wild One! Made of top grain front quarter horsehide, it's a thick, but supple leather in very good condition. All original snaps, including on the front half-belt and shoulder epaulets. All zippers original and work perfectly. The main zipper is a Talon m-42. Original Fidelity label attached, but frayed. The quilted liner has fraying at the collar and the bottom front hems. The sleeve linings have ripped at the armhole sleeve, but could be replaced. MEASUREMENTS - Chest: 38". Waist: 33". Front length: 21". Sleeves from shoulder seam to end of wrist: 23". Wrist: 9 1/2". Back shoulder to shoulder: 18". Neck: 16 1/2. Center back length: collar seam to bottom: 21". These Fidelity mc jackets are rare! If it looks like a same period Indian mc jacket, it is because Fidelity made Indian mc jackets, according to info in the Rin Tanaka motorcycle jacket book.
