Pattern features black and white horses with yellow carriages on red stripe. Black background.

Would it be possible to take a picture of the back of the skirt while it is on to see how their falls? Would you say it’s a full circle skirt? Do the pleats make it look puffy or does it hang while on? Thank you for your time.
