Vintage 1950’s Wilshire Of California Women’s Floral Straw Raffia Hat. Lovely black straw hat with a black velvet band and multi-colored floral details. The brim is wide in the front and on the sides and shallow in the back. The floral detail may be a creative add-on by a previous owner - not sure if it's original to the hat but it sure is pretty. In good condition. Measurements: Circumference - 21"/Brim - 4" (front + sides) 2" (back)/Height - 2"
