Vintage 1950's West Germany Bear Brooch Pin Hand Painted Plastic

Vintage hand painted plastic brooch pin in the shape of a bear in a green winter hat and scarf. Stamped "Made in W Germany" on the pin back. Measures 2.75 x 1.5 inches. There are a few small chips on the back, cannot be seen from the front.
